Dance With Us

What to wear:

✨Bottoms: Something that allows you to see your leg movements clearly (leggings, yoga pants).

✨ Top: Something that allows you to see your torso movements clearly (a fitted crop top, tank top, sports bra, or leotard).

✨ Footwear: Barefoot is best for grounding and control; ballet dance slippers are ok.

✨ Hip Scarf: A coin belt can help emphasize hip movements and add a fun, rhythmic element to your dance. We have some coin belts you can use in the studio.

✨ Accessories: Keep jewelry minimal to avoid distractions while dancing.

Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to move!

What to wear:

✨Bottoms: Leggings, bike shorts, or dance shorts are ideal. Form-fitting pants that don’t pool on the floor are also great for jazz.

✨ Top: A fitted tank top, crop top, or t-shirt is best so your instructor can see your lines and you aren’t restricted.

✨ Footwear: Choose a pair that you can comfortably and confidently walk in, but avoid high stilettos. See this blog post for more heels recommendations.

✨ Accessories: Water bottle, and keep jewelry to a minimum.

Most importantly, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to move!
