
Class Cancellation Policies
To cancel a booked class and receive a credit back, please ensure the cancellation is made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
If this 3-hour window is missed, the credit will be forfeited. We provide a one-time late cancellation forgiveness credit; to claim this, you must email or text the studio. Subsequent late cancellations beyond this forgiven instance will result in credits not being refunded.
No late cancellation fee. If you no-show without canceling your class, you’ll incur a $5 no-show fee.
Cancel 24+ hours before start time for a full refund on courses, private lessons, parties, or studio rentals.
Membership Cancellation Policies
To cancel membership (48+ hrs before next billing): Groovio app > “Me” > “Membership” > “Request to Cancel”.
Membership Pause – Now available.
To pause membership: Email studio or message on the Groovio app with desired pause end date.
The following memberships require a 6-month auto-renewal commitment: Twinkle Toes, Shimmer & Shine, and Radiant Star.
All Hybrid memberships valid for 91 days; no auto-renew. Purchase another to continue.

Class Booking Policy
No walk-ins. All classes must be booked via Groovio app/website so teachers know the class is happening. If you call to inquire about class times, explicitly request to be added to the class, or we’ll assume you’ll book yourself through Groovio.
Classes are automatically canceled if no one is signed up at least 1 hour before the scheduled start time.
You must cancel any class you are not able to attend; no-show clients will be charged a $5 fee.
Refund Policy Class Credits
Class pack refunds only if all credits are unused. Request via email within 30 days of purchase.
Membership refunds only available if all credits are unused. Request via email within 30 days of purchase.
Roll over class credits- Monthly memberships: Unused class credits roll over to next month if auto-renewing.
Class packs and hybrid memberships: You have 91 days to use all class credits. The 91-day expiration clock starts on the date you attend your first class after purchasing your pack or membership.
