A small competition team means you get more time and attention from your coach Sammy. Only 8-10 Spots available on our comp team.
What you get by joining the Spiral Dream Team
- 12 weeks of unlimited open pole.
- 12 weeks of competition team practice on Sundays’s 6:00pm – 9:00pm
- Starting on December 28th.
- Deadline to sign up for comp team is January 4th by 8pm
- 1 free private lesson with your coach Sammy.
- Special discounted rates for private 1-1 lessons with your coach Sammy $60 an hour (normally $80 an hour)
- Open pole privates are $40
- Professional coaching, feedback, and help to choreograph a full-level appropriate routine.
- Music editing help & song on a USB drive.
- Professional photo shoot at the studio – Each person gets 3 15-minute rounds in front of the camera, full costume, and makeup. You will get 10 edited photos and can purchase extra photo’s to be edited for $5 per picture.
- Updates and reminders of deadlines. Group chat with teammates, keeping you accountable and encouraged.
- Studio Showcase final dress rehearsal- performing in front of a live audience of your spiral space community, family, and friends.

At Spiral Space Studio, our Competition Team, coached by the illustrious Sammy aka Coco Crush, is dedicated to cultivating an enriching and supportive experience for every member. We prioritize the journey over the destination, emphasizing growth, camaraderie, and personal milestones.
Under Sammy’s expert guidance, as a seasoned coach, competitor, judge, and PSO unicorn, each team member will receive tailored support to perfect their competition routines. Our foremost aim is to help everyone step on stage with confidence, deliver heartfelt performances, and soak in the invaluable experience that competition offers.
Winning is not our primary objective. Instead, we focus on:
- Delivering our best performances with passion and precision.
- Gaining Stage Experience to boost our skills and self-assurance.
- Fostering Fun and Joy, making memories together.
- Strengthening Community Bonds within and beyond our studio.
- Setting and Achieving Personal Goals to advance in our pole journey.

- You must be a good sport, winning is NOT our number one team goal, enjoying the experience is our goal.
- Please tag @spiralspacestudio on IG when posting training videos, on the day of, or any posts associated with PSO.
- Be kind and supportive of your fellow team members and competitors.
- You must participate in the photo shoot day.
- You must participate in our studio showcase / full dress rehearsal.

November 16th Registration for comp team opens
December 12th, Friday from 7-8:30 pm join Sammy for a free informative workshop. Please sign up on Mindbody
December 14th, Sunday from 3-4:30 pm join Sammy for a free informative workshop, please sign up on Mindbody
December 28th Sunday, 6-9 pm comp team practice starts. Weekly practice every Sunday from 6:00-9:00 pm.
January 4th by 8 pm is the Deadline for registration for the Spiral Space Comp team
January 21st PSO Pacific 2025 registration Deadline
January 29th PSO level & category changes deadline
February 21 Day of event schedule published
February 21st Photoshoot day. Two models per hour slots are 3pm – 4pm -5pm
February 22nd Photoshoot day. Two models per hour slots are 11am – 12pm – 1pm
March 1st 7-9 pm Judge’s round table
March 6th PSO deadline for music, props, stage name, and studio affiliation changes
March 14th Studio Showcase / Full Dress Rehearsal – 6pm showcase start time
