What to know before coming to pole class

- Drop in friendly classes. All our classes are drop-in friendly! No need to commit to a multi-week series. Jump into any class without feeling behind or confused—you’re always welcome to try something new!
- What to wear. Shorts and a tank top or sports bra. Bikini bottom and top, or pole wear. When it comes to pole dancing, less is more. Minimal clothing allows for better skin contact with the pole, improving grip and maneuverability.
- NO lotion or oils. For your safety, please avoid wearing lotion or oils before class as they can make the pole slippery and increase the risk of falls. No need to shave—body hair is perfectly natural and won’t affect your experience. Come as you are and enjoy the class!
- Sock or Heels? Feel free to wear socks or Pleaser heels to any pole dance class! For tricks, we recommend socks for better grip. For choreography, it’s your choice. Want to try dancing in heels? We offer rentals for just $5 per class!
- Kneepads. Remember to purchase and bring knee pads to class, especially for choreography sessions—they’re essential for your safety and comfort! If you forget yours, no worries; we have studio knee pads you can borrow. Our studio knee pads are cleaned weekly to ensure hygiene.
