Join us at Spiral Space Dance Studio once a month for a 90 minute immersive sound bath session. This therapeutic gathering is the perfect opportunity to clear old energy and set intentions for a fresh start. You will be initially guided into a peaceful state through light breathwork, then gradually tune into the reverberating sound of various instruments. Our space has great acoustics!
PLEASE BRING: a yoga mat, blanket, cushion/pillow, journal, crystals, or anything you need to make yourself comfy on your meditative journey.
