Teacher training pole 1 & 2

XPERT Pole Fitness 1&2 was our first released program and has been developed over the years to what it is today. As our leading beginner/intermediate teacher training program the 1&2 covers all you need to know to teach a safe and effective beginner/intermediate class. This training has a heavy focus on spotting and lesson planning, working through each move individually to understand each movement being taught including muscles, movement, progressions, regressions, variations, common mistakes and spotting if needed.

Teacher training Pole 3 & 4

XPERT Pole Fitness 3&4 is our next level teacher training, developed for those who are looking to teach intermediate plus students in their classes. This training focuses heavily on spotting and the most important foundation tricks and spins that lead onto advanced. Following on from Pole 1&2 training, 3&4 covers all you need to know to teach a safe and effective lower to higher intermediate class. The course emphasises proper form, smooth transitions and trick entry and exits.

XPERT Spin Pole teacher training is our specialised course dedicated to just spinning pole. Static pole and spin pole have such a different dynamic that it needs to be taught separately. Recently re written, this training will work from complete beginners to advanced students on a spin pole, teaching you how to explain each move in-depth and allow your students to understand the difference of spin, learn how to control the spin and make each move look flawless.
